If you buy a product in one of our standard sizes (XS, S, M, L), please check carefully the measures below. Please note that products ordered in standard sizes can be returned / exchanged.

If you purchase a product manufactured on demand using your own sizes, you can easily learn how to take your measures from the image below. Please note that custom-made products can not be returned / exchanged.

Colour

The colour / colour combination chosen can have an influence on the “image” of the selected model. The colours on the website are available according to our stock. Slight small imperfections or colour variations are qualities of a handmade product.

Order

After configuring your desired products, they can be ordered by adding them to the Cart. Placing an order on www.mmarquise.com means that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this site.

We reserve the right to accept or reject your order, in the following cases:

- the payment cannot be confirmed

- delivery restrictions in your area

- the product is not available in stock, is withdrawn or does not meet our quality standards.

Returns and Exchanges

PRODUCTS IN STANDARD SIZES AND COLOURS

1. You have 14 days to change the product with a different colour or size, if the product is clean and unworn.

2. All products must be sent back with an “OPEN ON DELIVERY” option. Any product that is not in a suitable condition for resale (the product was used, washed soiled or damaged) will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

3. Transport costs charged on delivery will not be refunded in case of return.

4. We will refund your money within 30 days using the same payment method. (or return the difference, if needed, in case of an exchange).

CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Please note that custom made products bought online can not be refunded or exchanged.

According to OUG 130/2000 art. 10 letter c) – “The consumer can not cancel these types of contracts […] c) contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized products […].”

According to OUG 34/2014 art. 16 letter c) – “…are exempted from the right of withdrawal stipulated in Art. 9-15 concerning distance contracts and contracts away from the business premises the following: […] c) the supply of products manufactured according to the specifications submitted by the consumer or clearly personalized […]. ”

Because we want you to be fully satisfied with our products, in some cases, we will make changes to the same product, if possible.
