We reserve the right to accept or reject your order, in the following cases:
- the payment cannot be confirmed
- delivery restrictions in your area
- the product is not available in stock, is withdrawn or does not meet our quality standards.

We ship all over Romania with our partner, Fan Courier. Delivery takes one day.
Depending on your location, we will provide the best shipping solution for you, with one of our partners.
You have 14 days to change the product with a different colour or size, if the product is clean and unworn.
All products must be sent back with an “OPEN ON DELIVERY” option. Any product that is not in a suitable condition for resale (the product was used, washed soiled or damaged) will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Transport costs charged on delivery will not be refunded in case of return.
We will refund your money within 30 days using the same payment method. (or return the difference, if needed, in case of an exchange).
Please note that custom made products bought online can not be refunded or exchanged.
